Those who say that the USA is a free and peaceful country with a balanced budget are liars.

No matter the party or politician, behind them stands the oligarchy.

Oligarch == member of the ruling class. I suppose there are degrees there, but mostly all those who lobby congress with bribes & blackmail, and get to write the legislation for congress and themselves, are the oligarchs.

No matter who is in the big seat, be it a king/dictator, a democracy, a republic, etc … there are always oligarchs and so government is always ultimately an oligarchy.
