You're definitely retarded and historically illiterate. For starters the guy chiefly responsible for what is called NeoPlatonism (aka: late Platonism) was Plotinus, who wrote a century prior to the first council of Nicea.

It still isn't clear what your statement is. Which person, which "power". For some of your statements I wonder if you even know who are involved and in which relationship. I don't think you have any understanding of the situation.
If you are a law-abiding and responsible person who doesn't have any debt, you might totally lose respect for the government and laws if you get fined $30,000 for having an illegal flagpole.
