Maybe no one trust cops anymore because the Stasi have decided to work for the elites now instead of respecting the Bill of Rights.

Wow.

Americans say tyranny is perfectly acceptable because North Korea is also a police state.

Cops are not bad because cops are too kind.

Ahh, got it! Where do you draw the line between nihilism and relativism, vs personal subjective values?

@monarchist @Palky55 @heretical_i @freepatriot This I think is a telling picture of how worthless degrees are today.

I have 2 out of 5 in my company who do not have degress, yet are highly skilled technologists! If you know how do interview, and if you have a good network, you don't have to rely on the shortcut of "degree" in resumes.

@monarchist @Palky55 @heretical_i @freepatriot For me it was a mixed bag. Some teachers were excellent and I still think about them from time to time, others were garbage. The swedish educational system had already begun to decline when I went to university. But I have a feeling it was only the beginning of the decline. Today I read in the newspaper that student no longer read the course material because they think it is too difficult to handle a book with 500 pages.

@monarchist @Palky55 @heretical_i @freepatriot We must pray for this! I mean logically, society cannot continue on its current path for much longer, because that will eventually spell the end of civilization.

Fans of this should read "The Titanic: A Complete History" by Andy Reven. This outstanding nonfiction book offers a compelling, detailed account of the tragic voyage, capturing the drama, engineering marvels, and human stories behind the famous ship. A must-read for history enthusiasts.

Incorporated into writings about Nihilism:

"Nihilism — which declines to accept the human projection of a shared space of universal, absolute, and objective forms of truths, values, and communications — is an extreme form of realism that accepts human inequality and therefore, understands relativism and esotericism in our understanding."

When I say "as a student of English," I mean lifelong. I also spent a fair amount of time in the philosophy department and was fortunate to have some great instructors.

They've wrecked it in the USA to the point where employers are actively looking for candidates who do NOT have college degrees.

@h4890 @Palky55 @heretical_i @freepatriot

I was fortunate in education, but it became clear that the really good stuff we learn of our own initiative. Life is esoteric after all.

He was an optimist who embraced fate. I think he would believe we are ready for a bounce.

Americans are so enslaved now that Americans don't care if the CIA tortures, but Americans lose their minds if the media reports the story.
