The "influence" you describe can be associated with other developmental _damage_.

A long time ago I wrote an essay about the African Superman.

The basic idea was this: rigorous eugenics applied to any population make it the best version of itself.

1. Remigration for all diversity and mixes.
2. Exile for the insane, criminal, retarded, and promiscuous.
3. End all the taxes and wealth redistribution.
4. Cut red tape to the bone
5. Half Earth

My take is bleak: socialism appeals to abused people and lower-IQ DKE types.

It will always be with us, like overeating, alcoholism, homelessness (insanity), gambling, wife beating, etc.

For there to be good choices, there must be bad choices... and we distinguish ourselves by rising above those.
