People like to distrust their senses, using their senses. Maybe there are six and the rationalizing brain is one of them.

If this is a simulation, it is logical, and therefore, it probably does not matter what its ultimate source is; it is not under our control, therefore is external or analogue thereof.

I don't think people can ever be convinced on this issue because "free will" is religion.

I am not a compatibilist because I distrust "free will."
