CNN is now saying their video analysis shows a federal agent disarming Pretti before he was executed. I do not know if that is correct, however I’ve seen no evidence that he did anything to justify agents shooting him.

The government’s characterization of him as a violent domestic terrorist who intended to massacre federal agents is pure bullshit generated to justify their criminal actions in killing this citizen.
