I kept in touch with a childhood friend who moved there years ago and to hear her tell the story it has become hell on earth.

Most of the states that have been invaded by gutless yankee cockroaches have become glorified HOAs where you don’t even retain any “rights” over the real estate that you think you own. Roof get damaged by a hurricane? County will cite you for violation of an ordinance requiring “maintenance” of the roof. Don’t have the money to get it fixed? They don’t give a shit. They’ll give you maybe a week, then come back ready to write a $250 ticket that goes against your driver’s license. They can write duplicates of that ticket every day that your “violation“ exists. If you haven’t gotten it fixed within two weeks, they’ll start levying massive fines against your home in the form of liens. Essentially, they own the monetary value of your home if you ever decide to sell it- meaning you get nothing.

Think maybe they won’t catch you and you can hide the “violation” for a while? Wrong, your retiree boomer neighbors have *nothing* to do all day in between attending their swinger parties and they sit around with binoculars looking for neighbors to snitch on, because they fucking hate you. Welcome to subtropical New York City, formerly known as the South.

These up-and-coming states have been colonized by huge amounts of jews and other rich scum from the big cities. Mostly thanks to the help of real estate investors, tourism agencies and big property developers inviting them in. After moving in, the invading cockroaches get politically active from day ONE and start passing new laws/regulations. They are the real fucking colonizers that local governments have sold out to and WANT to replace their natives with.

There are very few State Natives (people who grew up there) left, as most have retreated to more rural areas where human beings still have some rights. None of them can afford the cost of housing or insurance (no insurance = no mortgage, bank just takes your house.)

Ofc the State Governments in those shitholes wants to arrest/punish their homeless population…they consider them an eyesore for the new owners of the states, their beloved gutless yankee maggots.

ZOG bans homelessness instead of imposing a cost of housing cap where it remains affordable, they ban homelessness while importing millions of incompatible welfare dependent foreigners who receive housing on public dime causing further strain on supply and demand.
