It's too bad Carpenter pretty much retired a long time ago. I know he was doing these live shows of his soundtracks in the later 2010's, but I haven't heard of him doing anything since then.

Kurt Russell is kinda old, but he still kicked ass in more recent stuff like Bone Tomahawk and I bet he could put the eyepatch on again and play Snake. He'd probably only do it if John Carpenter was involved though. 🤷🏻‍♂️
