What if the group consists of a majority of the people who want to pass a law regulating smoking, and they vote in representatives who do so? If that's tyranny, how is it different than any other law regulating any other matter?
A stop smoking group that opposes smoking is not tyranny. Tyranny is when the government bans smoking.
