You track that guy via bunch of hacking mini games and find out that he isn't a person at all, it's a fortune-telling attraction at an abandoned amusement park that was hacked by someone. Hacker turned it into something like feddiverse ebooks markov bots that gen bullshit with communist buzzwords.
