@freepatriot BUT, it's about tiny countries with small police where long term prison sentence is served in some other country...
NOW, what i would like to address is a kind of country where people are so PLAIN JUST FREE, emotionally,, just by the fact that they're breathing,; and, like, THE AMERICAN INDIAN used to live - that they have no need for any police or prison, because naturally life would be more bare-naked to every single individual's SLACK-FACTOR.

I've been to the US 6 times in the past 11 years. I've also travelled through much of Europe and visited Mexico, Cuba and several islands in the Carribbean. I spent 12 months in the late 1980s working in Canada. I can't think of any other places I've been but after 74 years on the planet I've made good use of my passport.

Haiti was fucked up when I was there in 2014 I can’t imagine it’s better now.
Literally worst place I’ve ever seen by far. Insane.
