@freepatriot I read that in college or recently after graduating and haven't read it since. It was a really weird mixture of genres: flying cars in a world with demons and such. But as I recall there was some kind of vice-as-commodity or at least commercialized; literally advertised on billboards with imps or succubi in the first chapter.
I think I read Green Mother or Red.Sword and then gave up. But series is one I still reference and recommend.
I read Behold A Pale Horse over 20 years ago when I was still serving in the US Navy which was recommended by a friend of mine who also was in the armed forces at the time. The book is eye opening, informative, and frightening. I recently reread it and it is more relevant now than ever. A definite must read!
