Americans say cars must be banned because one life might be saved.

Those that enforce the police state will have to decide on whom they really serve. Otherwise they may find themselves as the traitors along with those that give them orders. Civil war? Yes. Unless the enforcers speak up and do the right thing.

@freepatriot I read that in college or recently after graduating and haven't read it since. It was a really weird mixture of genres: flying cars in a world with demons and such. But as I recall there was some kind of vice-as-commodity or at least commercialized; literally advertised on billboards with imps or succubi in the first chapter.

I think I read Green Mother or Red.Sword and then gave up. But series is one I still reference and recommend.

Does anyone get the feeling that the Uniparty has been bought off by the elites?
