USA and all other countries had strict covid lockdowns almost overnight so whatever freedom exists can vanish tomorrow anyway because no place on earth actually has a large population of libertarians anyway.

I don't think any state is more libertarian than Alaska. I could be wrong. But Alaska is also Alaska. Cold, dark, expensive.
