There are still some Trump supporters out there who continue to bill the Trump administration as some kind of great victory for the forces of populism against the “deep state.”
A year into the second Trump administration, it is clear this is not a serious position. The populism of the Trump campaign has clearly failed and what we ended up with instead is a continuation and strengthening of the status quo.

Fucking everything about modern 'America' sucks.
The most entertaining shows and movies to watch, same thing, all mostly old shows and movies with very few modern exceptions.
The educational system was far better decades ago, it's completely broken today.
Decades ago crime was far lower across much of the country, today nearly all cities are third world and it has even spread to the suburbs.
You could work two jobs today and barely afford rent or a mortgage anymore.
