@freepatriot money on them going through quite a recession if they implement the massive tax hikes they are preparing.
@freepatriot This is the truth! Sadly they have increased taxes lately, but they are still on the flat tax path.
Where I live, 2 countries down the map, the socialists are proud and happy, they have decided to implement progressive income taxes, and massive over all tax increases, I predict lithuania will slowly sink in terms of material welfare and start to lag behind Latvia and Estonia if their new tax policies will be allowed to be in place for a couple of years.
In fact, I would bet
@freepatriot For other freedom loving europeans I recommend to have a look at:
* The channel islands
* The Isle of man
* Switzerland
* Liechtenstein
* Monaco
* Andorra
* Romania
* Bulgaria
* Latvia
I think those are the only low tax countries left at the moment.
For the more advanced and wealthy ones, the following can be explored as homes for holding companies:
* Cyprus
* Malta
But it costs quite a lot to set everything up there.
Estonia’s kind of a hidden gem when it comes to libertarian values. After it broke free from the Soviet Union in the ’90s, they basically hit reset and built a lean, tech-savvy government from the ground up. They’ve got a flat tax, low bureaucracy, strong property rights, and tons of services you can do online, like voting or starting a business.
