What I did every month in Norway was just take ferry which was cheap with your own cabin to Denmark from Bergen to buy tobacco from duty free aboard the ship. A one day back and forth trip. Obviously bought more than legal like everyone on the ferry.

I fkn HATE this asshole. He is the Number One reason cigarettes are so expensive at (it seems) a 90% TAX...HEFTY taxes.
Fuck all that. I use an electric cig maker and pipe tobacco that's $12-$15 a pound. Tubes are $2.50 per 200. I can make a pack for around 70 cents, and the only applicable tax is just regular state sales tax.
Much better, no additives, and a better value than $10+ per pack.
