@h4890 @monarchist @freepatriot Are you talking strictly about the market for ideas (politics) or markets in general?
@h4890 @monarchist @cjd @freepatriot Actually I would advocate that education is only deteriorating in markets where the left has captured the academic institutions and have been allowed to implement woke ideology.

In markets where wokeism is not permitted (eg. China, Russia, etc) there hasn't been that degradation.

If we want to compete with our traditional adversaries then we need to eliminate wokeness from all levels of education.
@h4890 @monarchist @freepatriot I think there's always an aristocracy. They might be called differently under one system vs another - aristocrat, business leader, commissar - but there is always a group who take power and then compete amongst themselves to the exclusion of the majority. It's the great game.

Everything is illegal, everyone is a criminal, everyone is under surveillance 24/7, and no one cares.

Living in a police state means that you must live in dread of being arrested. You can't help feeling hopeless.

I have my own IT company, so already doing that to a certain extent. And yes, that is the completely correct line of reasoning for most, if not all, highly qualified people within IT.

True. Voting with the feet is the one of the best things you can do to improve your life and to improve the lives of others. The place you leave behind will be worse off, since it does not deserve you, and the place you move to will be better off due to you contributing there with your skills on the market.

If you are a law-abiding and responsible person who doesn't have any debt, you might totally lose respect for the government and laws if you get fined $30,000 for having an illegal flagpole.

you have the freedom to coexist with blacks and gay or mexicans and troons.
@h4890 @monarchist @Example @freepatriot I would rather live in an opportunity state than a welfare state. Freedom over dependence.
