Well, everything has gotten worse every year since 2001.
The next three years will likely set new records for WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK. Then, when Democrats take back the House and Presidency, they'll take advantage of at least some of the new precedent set by this current asshole to do their own awful shit.
Considering we're rushing into the 2030 agenda and everything it stands for, I wouldn't exactly call myself optimistic.
