"Somewhere along that very long journey, consciousness arose. The molecules started talking to each other.
Is everything conscious? Maybe.
There's no discrete point where consciousness didn't exist and then suddenly does exist.
The real answer is we don't know what consciousness is.
But with Neuralink and the progress the company's making, we'll begin to understand a lot more about consciousness.
