@Dan_Ramos 20 years or 250k for punching a trooper? If it was just a punch, that is completely absurd. There must be something more here to justify that level of punishment.
@Dan_Ramos Ahh... got it. Well, if it was an inept punch and no physical damage was done, I'd give her 1000 USD if it was a first time offence. If there was damage, or someone else was hurt or affected, then I'd go much higher.

It says she faces *UP TO* 20 years and $250K. She's unlikely to get the maximum unless it was really, really aggravated or the judge is particularly offended by the circumstances of the case.
