PSA for everyone who has Code Quality enabled on #GitHub: tonight GitHub started enabling automatic #Copilot review on new PRs and pushes to existing PRs, including drafts.
All #openSource contributors who have billing configured will be unexpectedly charged for Copilot reviews they did NOT request
To revert: Settings → Rules → Rulesets→ "Code Quality Copilot review for default branch" → change enforcement status to "Disabled" or at a minimum in "Additional settings" untick "Review new pushes"
