@Lorgar Still is, in europe. If you touch a woman it can be classified as rape in some countries, and then your life is basically over.
Also, the latest news from sweden, if a woman is murdered, or experiences violence, the punishment will be more severe than if it happens to a man.
Equality before the law apparently is not the thing in sweden.
