@lain This is not strange. It is an established truth that the media, and people in general, can only keep on war in their heads at any one time. So if a new war starts, the old one has to go.
But now that there's a cease fire for 2 weeks in iran, we might get 2 weeks of ukraine war again.

@skdh My guess is a satellite camera together with some rough estimates given the last seen location of the plane, coupled with natural hiding places based on the local geography.

The humiliation of modern airline travel is now over, and I'm ready for a 6 week workaction in spain.
The humiliation was strangely enough less this time. No ID check (was flying norwegian).
As a bonus, I've hired my rental car on the black market, paying in cash, and not only is the price slightly better than regular ID-checking rental companies, it included a driver to take me to my house which is about 1 hour 45 minutes away from the airport.
The free black market wins yet again! 😎
