@BBC It is fascinating how western democracies, and others countries, all of a sudden have come up with the idea that banning communication, limiting freedom of speech and ubiquitous surveillance are good for the people.

It seems to me that western democracy is dead, and that we are heading towards an authoritarian future.

I think the only escape is to move to the remote country side, and to stop taking part in society.

@seecaw Well, we must hope that Putin falls out of a window. This would be very beneficial for the world! Then europe can divide up russia and take everything from the urals to europer, and the rest can become derka-derka-stans or go to china or mongolia.

Then the de-nazification and re-education of the russian people will commence, and once we have eradicated russian culture, they might, note I say _might_, be allowed to have an election or so.
