On September 7, 1947 , the 800th anniversary of #Moscow was celebrated in #Russia In honor of the 800th anniversary of Moscow, eight "Stalin skyscrapers" were laid in the capital at the same time. In English they are known as Seven Sisters. They are Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Apartments, the Kudrinskaya Square Building, the Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya Hotel, Hotel Ukraina, the main building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the main building of Moscow State University
