@judgedread The tech and biotechnology buildings are going up fast right now. We can't hire enough manpower for all the big tech buildings we have to finish. There are cranes everywhere in socal building enormous labs. A lot of the projects are on hold until after January so they know who'll be in office and how they want to proceed.
