I don't consider the International Criminal Court to be a legit organization. The reason is because they try to override or negate national sovereignty.
Yes, Bibi is a criminal. But he's also the ruler of a sovereign country, and sovereign countries get to do shit like genocide -- and have historically done so for thousands of years.
The solution to a country being run by a criminal is to defeat that country and then kill its leaders.
But granting something like the ICC jurisdiction is a total non-starter. This is not an organization that, for example, would recognize the Bill of Rights as being meaningful.
