@madcuzbad @nomebullyyou That’d be interesting; I know adults who ever said “nigger” at any time have forfeited any right to equal protection, in some jurisdictions. Does that apply to kids, though ? Might lead to some societal introspection.
There was that case not too long ago a guy was killed for the nigger word and jury said nope murder is legal if you say nigger. Like you said it's a kid so maybe the outcome will be different.
