Yeah that’s the correct finger position; and it’s a push, rather than a pull, in Orthodoxy.
Forehead -> navel -> right-shoulder -> left-shoulder
In the Name of the Father (forehead) and of the Son (navel) and of the Holy (right-shoulder) Spirit (left-shoulder).
