I've heard it explained: The company wants you patched up and ready to go back to to work.
On the other hand, many companies, once you get into valuable positions l, will pay for gym memberships, proper vaccinations, offer discounts on the insurance if you get regular physicals, etc....
I've taken advantage of all of the aforementioned.

@charliebrownau Oh yes. If I saw a 25% "service fee" invoiced, then I would definitely question that. Then again Liberals are rather dumb. If you somehow labled it a DEI fee or a markup for Ukrainian female immigrants, then they might be enthusiastic about that. However, this is fraudulent and contestable in Court...
