I remember what a big deal this was when it came out. All these white progs were falling over themselves praising Gambino's artistic vision and if you thought the song was mid you were persona non grata.

In the video, Glover runs around shirtless smoking weed and shooting people and in the end he's shocked and scared that White cops are chasing him, a brillianty social commentary of the modern black experience in America.

Progs can act like it's corny now or whatever even though they still sign off on blacks acting like this and will forever.
