CIA Director John Ratcliffe has reportedly proposed a trilateral meeting between US President Donald #Trump, #Russian President Vladimir #Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir #Zelensky. According to AFP , Ratcliffe met in #Moscow with SVR chief Sergei Naryshkin and FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov , and concluded that his visit could play a constructive role in reviving diplomatic efforts. The agency also reports that the Trump administration has informed Zelensky about the proposal.
