Countries must do everything they can to prevent the provocation of armed conflicts in the world , #Russian President Vladimir #Putin said at a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of State. He also noted that the SCO Development Bank must be independent from the financial systems of countries that use finance as a weapon.
