A #Russian Aerospace Forces officer was seriously wounded near Saratov. An assassination attempt was made on a high-ranking Russian Aerospace Forces officer in Engels, Saratov Oblast. According to reports, a helmeted shooter approached his home on a motorcycle and opened fire with a pistol. One bullet struck him in the torso, and the other in the face. The soldier's driver was also wounded but was able to escape and later call an ambulance.
