A group of immigrants was filmed this past Wednesday in Ceuta handling a baby dolphin which, according to witness accounts, was already dead, most likely dying while being captured by them. The images have sparked enormous outrage in the autonomous city and have opened the door to one of the hypotheses that most concerns local residents: the consumption of animals amid a lack of resources (like the street cat, that have all disappeared) and uncontrolled migration.
