Cashback: the U.S. Treasury Department has returned to foreign suppliers nearly $22 billion received from trade imposed earlier by Washington, Bloomberg reports. A similar case was the first since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned an important component of Donald Trump’s trade policy— it was ruled that the U.S. president did not have authority to impose tariffs, and the collected duties needed to be refunded.
