The Cuban signals intelligence base at Bejucal has received a new circular-scan antenna system consisting of 32 elements arranged in two concentric rings with diameters of approximately 120 and 180 meters. According to CSIS estimates, this phased array provides signal interception in the 0.5-18 GHz bands, with angular resolution of up to 0.5° and direction-finding accuracy of around 1-2 km at a distance of 300-400 km.
