One of my favorite hentai tropes is ultra sensitive bodies -particularly breasts and pussy-, and I think it's pretty real too. If I recall, there was an interview Hitomi Tanaka did when she grew to O cups and said that they are super sensitive when you touch the nipple region.

Is there a particular name for this pose besides something like squatting with hands behind head? I honestly think it looks kinda silly, but I guess it accomplishes the goal of showing off the goods (even the usually hidden armpits) for the sake of pin-up/gravure.
Now that I think about it, this would be a pose struck during a pole dance, wouldn't it?
