@Stahesh NO you dumb dumb, if you kidnapped the mayor then how would the mayor magically make the money reappear, but if you kidnapped the mayor's kids then you basically have the mayor by the balls and the money will reappear.

@Stahesh if you kidnap him you will have to let him go to pick up the money, the money wont be under his bed, dont be stupid, the money will be in a foreign bank and guess what, you will have to let him to go withdraw the money. Kidnapping him is going to be harder than his kids, it will keep him in a state of panic and you can have him by the balls. If you kidnap the mayor he will be pissed off at you, maybe scared buy you will have to let him leave to get the money.
