He may be right that it won't last long because countries don't cooperate well, but I think there's enough incentive for the alliance to get pass meetings and affect the global economy.

@redmaple they will cooaperate untill america is defeated and that will leave a power vacuum that will need to be filled probably by china or both russia and china or else the trade system might collapse
