@mrman If you break off the too part if a pineapple and plant it, it will grow another pine apple, my girl does this shit all the time. We got 3 of them growing now and they all stated from the same pineapple we bought about 2 years ago.
@37712 Have they produced fruit? Genuinely interested because I propagate all kinds of vegetables from root stalk.
Apparently you can do avocados too but all the literature I have found says getting one to bear fruit isn't possible. That's why I ask about the pineapples. @mrman
