@Terry Hardly surprising. I now forget the alias used by the guy and unfortunately it also appears that enough time has elapsed from my watching his interviews for them to have been purged from my JooTube history, but there was an Australian PMC serving in Ukraine who was interviewed every so often by certain YT channels from early on in the conflict to provide the real truth of what's actually going on in the War, up until his last interview wherein he indicates he had to bail from there because IIRC he pissed off Uke mil-int with his assessments that he genuinely believed would help Ukraine's front line situation and otherwise improve their military. In any case, he was already IDing Wagner soldiers as near peer to Western soldiers much earlier in the war. Later on he talked about how the Russian troops were always adapting to the new reality, constantly evolving in their capabilities, and are going to become something like a nightmare for our troops, whereas Western soldiers there by contrast were content to rest on their laurels and didn't feel any compulsion to treat the Russian soldier with the respect he deserved. Something similar occurred during WW2 anyway, ;punishing Ivan for years until inevitably they could no longer do so.
