I have been turned down from 45k a year jobs that require a bachelors certs years of experience in the field all of which I meet and exceed. It's either laugh at the absurdity or *fedpost redacted*.

Hello there I used to work for Qualcomm some time ago and there started to be a shift were Indians would only hire other Indians regardless of qualifications and if u were not Indian they would not even look at you. That process is still in place today.
