It should be pretty obvious why Halsey would want a war, but if anyone thinks that a controlled kosher war between the West and the East will turn compliant sheep into proper men... well, not only do they not understand what war is but
they must be Christians who want to see their end times messiah prophecy fulfilled.

Men don't lack a "warrior spirit", they lack individualism and war won't help with that.
