Your terms are acceptable.

This stuff isn’t new. People are going to refer to you based on what they see. If you really pass, you’ll likely get called that.

The only things that have changed is that people who can’t pass want everyone to doubt their eyes and others want to be snowflakes by making up other terms.

In my younger days I had shoulder length hair. There were people (usually quite old) occasionally who would see me (usually from behind) and refer to me with female terms. You know what I did? I laughed and went on with my day. I didn’t attempt to lecture them about my identity and tell them they were bad people.

This is why more people are simply no longer caring. Nothing will be good enough.
