@susie Have you been setting alarms to help reset your sleep schedule? They should help you avoid sleeping too long.
@susie Ah. I think we've identified the cause. Your body will eventually adjust to a new schedule, but alarms make it happen faster. For me, I tend to wake up earlier if I know I don't have an alarm set.
