not too cheesed to discover that what I thought was a piece of janky trim that just needed to be nailed home is actually the whole ass door frame kicked out about 5/16" at the bottom on one side, creating a gap between the trim (which is flush with the wall) and the frame

@deprecated_ii Is it new construction settling or poor frame construction?
it has to have been like that for awhile and it's going to be a pain in the ass to fix
