@Autumn I know the point that's being made here, but the little girls on the left wouldn't necessarily be wearing hijabs either if they were muslim.
Also, the niqab seen on the right is culturally-expected in many cases, but not religiously mandated. A Shayla is halal and frames a female's face beautifully. Orthodox Christian females often wear something like a shayla as well.
