Just because they said a military attack happened in a news outlet does not mean it happened in real life
Most mass shootings on national news most likely are actors fake killing other actors
I believe in George Orwell Eric Blair 1984 that the government started bombing it's own territory and saying a enemy attacked them and governments stopped fighting each other because they need only convince their own citizens there is a war and it is easier that way
